About Me

I guide Leaders and Teams on their journey from stuck to results, and I coach couples to uncouple wisely and without unnecessary personal damage. I’m passionate about humans and human relationships and I believe that the solution to every problem lies on building the right relationship among the humans involved. And I know that sometimes, the solution to a couple’s problem is divorce. After writing a memoir about a difficult marriage I witnessed, and a difficult professional experience I had, I set out to learn more about relationships. The first relationship I dove into was mine with the different parts of my self, while becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. I made it my mission to help people grow their personal power so that they’d be more resilient during difficult work experiences. I also decided to help leaders develop deep empathy and emotional intelligence. I then discovered the Relationship Systems Intelligence framework, which helps organizations and teams create safer spaces where all people can thrive and become highly efficient and effective in relationship. After an intensive period of training, supervision, and 100+ hours of coaching practice, I obtained my Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching Certification. I believe the work I do as a Relationship Systems Intelligence practitioner can change the world and that’s why I do it. Using the systems perspective, I’m currently working on a memoir about my relationship with money, which is in fact a story of my relationship with my personal power. In my spare time, I’m a long-distance runner and a beginner weightlifter. I love to cook and invent recipes, and I listen to audiobooks and podcasts during my walks to the different grocery stores here in South Beach, where I live with my husband and our teenage son. Carolina speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese
