Booking and Preferred subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly plans are billed every month; yearly plans are billed once every 12 months. Cancel anytime from your coach dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded.

What you keep
You're running your practice, not joining ours
You're independent. DivorcePlus is a platform, not an employer, not an agency, and not a referral service. We don't supervise your work, set your rates, or take a piece of your sessions.
Your clients are your clients. We don't contact them behind you, and we don't route them elsewhere.
Your data stays yours. We don't sell coach or client information. Our Privacy Policy spells out exactly what we collect and who sees it.
Cancel whenever. No contract, no termination fee. Cancel from your dashboard and your paid features run through the end of the period you already paid for.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free profile really free? Yes. No card, no trial clock, no expiration. If you never upgrade, your listing stays.
Do I need to be certified? No single credential is required, but you'll be asked what training and certifications you hold, and that information appears on your profile. Represent it accurately; clients ask, and so do we.
What does DivorcePlus take from my session fees? Nothing. Clients pay you through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard processing rate, which goes to Stripe, not to us. Our revenue is the subscription, and that's the whole arrangement.
Can I switch or cancel plans? Yes, from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect right away. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your profile reverts to Free.
What happens to my bookings if I cancel? Booking and video access ends when the paid period does. You're responsible for telling clients with sessions on the calendar and working out alternate arrangements, so give yourself some runway before you cancel.
Can I use the badge if I'm on the Free plan? No. The badge license comes with Booking and Preferred and ends when the subscription does.
Am I allowed to say DivorcePlus endorses me? No, and neither is anyone else. The badge means you maintain an active listing. It doesn't mean we certify, accredit, supervise, or recommend you. Full terms are in Section 9 of the Terms of Use.
What if I'm also a licensed attorney or therapist? Then you're responsible for your own licensing board's rules on advertising, scope of practice, and cross-state work. We don't monitor that for you, and coaching through DivorcePlus is not a substitute for your licensed practice.
Are my sessions recorded? Not by us. We don't record, transcribe, or store session audio or video. We do keep booking records: who, when, and whether the session happened.
