About Me

Relational separation is a challenging experience to navigate. We not only disconnect from others, but we also feel lost and disconnected from ourselves. As a Life Coach, I help individuals rediscover and rebuild new facets of themselves as change occurs. I assist clients in finding a home within themselves, providing a safe space while guiding them to develop harmony in their mind, soul, and body. Together, we will work towards making changes aligned with your unique vision of the future as we navigate the present. I also work with individuals who want to strengthen their ability to relate and connect with others, as healthy relationships require inner work. I will guide you to become the person you envision for yourself. My specialties include perspective shifting, trauma work, emotional intelligence/awareness, relational dynamics, and body-based regulation. I am certified, taught, and advised by licensed therapists. It would be an honor to work with you. Jimmy speaks English and Vietnamese.
