As a life coach, I help individuals turn their most difficult moments into opportunities for transformation so they can live the lives they have always wanted. I am a Professional Certified Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, with over 1,500 hours of coaching hundreds of executives and emerging leaders in Fortune 500 and big technology companies. I bring a variety of approaches to my practice, being a Certified Solution Focused Coach; a Team, Board and Systemic Coach with the Henley Business School; and an ACE-certified Coach (trained by Google’s former head of executive coaching & leadership, David Peterson). Additionally, I am trained in negotiation and dispute resolution with the Harvard Law School Executive Education – Program on Negotiation, besides having trainings on mental health coaching, vertical leadership development, positive intelligence, and strengths-based coaching. Over the years, I have gone through huge transitions myself. I switched careers after more than 12+ years in corporate social responsibility and stakeholder management, went through a painful separation, and emigrated to a new country. I now live in Bakersfield, California with my teenage daughter who I have been raising as a solo parent. I enjoy exploring cities by foot, admiring art, lounging in beaches, trying new restaurants, and supporting small businesses. My pro bono work involves supporting young change-makers in international humanitarian organizations and nonprofits. Joyce speaks English and Filipino.
