About Me

Professional coach and leader. I help clients in the midst of heartbreak, still struggling with unresolved pain from a past breakup, or anticipating a anticipating a possible breakup move forward in a heartful, helpful way. I’m particularly skilled in supporting clients who want to move on from a high conflict “fiery foe” relationship, and generate a peaceful, freeing life where they and their children not only survive, but thrive. I do this by supporting my clients to make choices in line with the best interests of their families as a whole, and to navigate the divorce process with as much grace, kindness, and integrity as possible. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership and coaching, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to my clients. Based in Sacramento, when I’m not working, I like to dress in period costume and tell tales of the Historic City Cemetery’s eternal residents, educating the community about Sacramento’s rich and diverse history and raising money for the restoration and repair of historical monuments.
