About Me

My original background is in Music Therapy and child development with neurodivergent children. I have extensive background in children’s behaviors and disabilities. After taking time off to raise my three children and experiencing a divorce I went back for my degree in Marriage, Child, and Family Therapy. My specialty became grief counseling for death, divorce and military trauma. My passion is to walk a journey with my clients, hearing their thoughts, adding skills to their lives, and watching them successfully take on challenges change brings. Currently, I am working on my PhD in Forensic Psychology, and enjoying how my work enhances how I connect and understand my clients’ experiences.
