Elizabeth Meltz runs EM PATH, a conflict resolution and mediation practice based in New York City. She works primarily with restaurant and hospitality groups, including a lot of business partner and co-founder mediation, and she's a certified divorce mediator and divorce coach.
Before founding EM PATH, she spent years in restaurant operations, which is exactly why she understands high stakes, high emotion conflict from the inside. Whether it's two co-founders untangling a business or two partners untangling a marriage, Elizabeth feels strongly that alternative dispute resolution is life-changing.
