About Me
Many people carry emotional wounds from trauma, loss, divorce, conflict, or painful relationship experiences. These experiences can affect trust, self-worth, emotional reactions, and the ability to feel safe and connected with others. Using attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches, I help clients better understand relationship patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier and more secure ways of relating to themselves and others.
Areas of Focus
Over the past decade, I have worked extensively in the areas of attachment, trauma, grief, divorce recovery, and high-conflict family dynamics. I support individuals and families navigating:
- Attachment and relationship trauma
- Divorce and family transitions
- Co-parenting conflict
- Parent-child relationship difficulties
- Betrayal trauma and emotional abuse
- Trauma and PTSD
- Grief and loss
My Approach
My work integrates attachment-focused approaches, Brainspotting, and other strategies. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client. Together, we work to calm your nervous system, build resilience, improve relationships, and support long-term healing and personal growth.
