I work with women over 40 who have made it through divorce and are now wondering, “What comes next?”


You may have spent years focused on your marriage, family, career, and responsibilities. Now that life looks different, you have an opportunity to decide what you want this next chapter to look like, but that can be harder than it sounds.


My coaching starts with getting clear on what matters to you now: your values, priorities, and what you want more of in your life. Together, we look at what may be getting in the way and help you make decisions about what comes next, so you can create a life that truly feels like your own.


I understand this transition personally. I’m divorced and an empty nester myself, and I know that life after divorce isn’t simply about moving on. It can be an opportunity to rediscover what matters to you and make intentional choices about the life ahead.


I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with a background in social work. My approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
