I bring more than 25 years of experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, and helping individuals build confidence, develop skills, and navigate challenges. As the owner of barre n9ne® Studio since 2010, I have built and managed a business centered on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel comfortable working toward personal goals.

In addition to my business ownership, I serve as the Head Game Day Cheerleading and Competitive Dance Coach at Austin Preparatory School, where I mentor student-athletes, develop leadership skills, encourage accountability, and foster a positive environment focused on personal growth. My experience working with individuals and families has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

My professional background also includes more than eight years in financial services, where I worked in operations and marketing, supported client relationships, developed financial plans, and managed sensitive and confidential information.

My interest in divorce coaching is rooted in both my professional background and my personal experience navigating divorce and co-parenting. I understand that separation can bring significant emotional and practical challenges, particularly for parents trying to prioritize their children's well-being while adjusting to a new chapter of life.

Through my divorce coaching education with IAP Career College, I am developing the skills to support individuals as they navigate separation, establish co-parenting strategies, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and better prepared to make informed decisions about their next steps.

About Me

For years, I navigated a long and complex divorce while raising two young boys. I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed by decisions, legal conversations, co-parenting challenges, and the pressure to keep everything together for your children.

I also understand what it's like to sit in front of an attorney and not even know where to begin. Or to feel like everything is happening at once and you can't think clearly enough to make confident decisions.

My divorce took nearly four years to settle, and throughout that process I experienced many of the emotional, logistical, financial, and co-parenting challenges that so many people face when a marriage ends. What I learned through that experience is that most people don't need more opinions. They need clarity, structure, and a way to slow things down so they can actually think.

For more than 25 years, I've coached, mentored, and guided people through challenges, helping them build confidence, stay focused, and move forward. Today, I bring that same approach to individuals navigating divorce and co-parenting through Divorce Coaching.

I help individuals move from overwhelm and emotional overload to clear thinking, confident decision-making, and a practical plan for what comes next. My work is focused on helping you organize the chaos, identify priorities, and take the next right step- whether you're considering divorce, in the middle of the process, or navigating co-parenting after it's over.

Where I Fit Into Your Support Team

I don't replace your attorney, therapist, mediator, or financial professional. I work alongside them.

Your attorney provides legal advice. A therapist supports your emotional and mental health. A financial professional helps you understand the financial implications of your decisions.

My role is different.

I help you step back from the overwhelm, organize what's in front of you, identify what matters most, and prepare for the conversations, meetings, and decisions ahead.

That might mean helping you organize your questions before meeting with your attorney, think through your priorities before a difficult conversation, prepare for a mediation session, or create a practical plan for what needs to happen next.

I don't tell you what decision to make. I help you get clear enough to make the decision for yourself.

This is structured, forward-focused coaching designed to help you feel grounded, prepared, and more confident in your decisions.

Whether you're facing the first difficult conversation, trying to navigate the day-to-day challenges of divorce, or working to create a healthier co-parenting dynamic, I'll provide a calm, supportive space where you can think clearly and move forward with intention.

Because when life feels uncertain, clarity changes everything.
